Cancellation Policy

At Snehshop, we understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we offer an easy and transparent cancellation process for all our customers. Please read the following carefully to know how order cancellations work on our platform.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

1. You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped.
2. To cancel your order, simply email us at support@snehshop.in or call us at +91 +91 73805 24414 with your order ID and reason for cancellation.
3. Once we confirm the cancellation, your payment will be refunded within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

1. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
2. However, you can still request a return or refund after receiving the item as per our Return & Refund Policy.
3. In case you refuse to accept the parcel at delivery, a deduction for two-way shipping charges may be applied before processing any refund.

3. Cancellation by Snehshop

We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

1. The product is out of stock or discontinued.
2. Payment is not authorized or incomplete.
3. The shipping address is invalid or incomplete.
4. Orders flagged as suspicious or fraudulent.

If such a cancellation occurs, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Refund Timeline

1. Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, or wallet).
2. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after verifying your details.
3. Refund processing time: 5–7 working days from cancellation confirmation.

5. Important Notes

1. Orders once shipped cannot be modified or merged.
2. Prepaid orders will be refunded to the same payment method.
3. Coupon codes or offers used in a canceled order cannot be reissued once canceled.
